Food Donations

Channel One is no longer accepting donated non-perishable food items from the general public. However, we are accepting fresh produce!

Host a Virtual Food Drive

In lieu of an in-person food drive, please consider holding a virtual food drive or fund drive! As a Food Bank, Channel One has tremendous buying power, stretching your donation to provide more food for those facing food insecurity. If you have questions regarding virtual food drives, please contact Lori Trotman at loritrotman@channel-one.org

Bulk Food Donations

If you are a food manufacturer, restaurant, grower, grocery store, or other organization looking to donate food or participate in food rescue, please contact Genna Devitt at gennadevitt@channel-one.org or 507-424-1730.

Fresh Produce Donations

Plant an extra row for Channel One! If you are a gardener or farmer in the area looking to donate fresh produce, Channel One would be happy to talk with you! Please only consider a produce donation if the quantity is considerable in an effort to be mindful of staff time.

To discuss your donation and coordinate a drop-off time please contact Jessica Sund at 507-424-1729 or jessicasund@channel-one.org
