Empty Bowls is Channel One Regional Food Bank’s signature fundraiser, and we are excited to invite you to partner with us this year as a sponsor for the 22nd anniversary of this important event. Join us and share in the awareness and marketing benefits associated with supporting this vital community resource that provides more than 15 million pounds of food across southeast Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

This event remains a crucial part of Channel One’s work to increase food security for our friends and neighbors. Research in 2024 is sobering, showing that 1 in 5 Minnesota households, and 26% of households with children, are food insecure. In 2025 Channel One saw a 67% increase in regional visits since 2023, and now we’re serving a higher number of individuals than ever before.

As part of this to-go style event, participants will enjoy gourmet soups and bread from local restaurants as well as hand-painted bowls as a reminder of those who may not know where their next meal will come from. Last year’s to-go style event was a huge success, raising over $100,000. This success is a testament to the loyalty of our attendees and, of course, supporters like you.
